Very intense and deep colour, aroma of blackberry notes and ripe berries well integrated with nuances of the barrel where it was aged. Its mouth-feel is dense, deep and structured, with a lasting finish that gives it a distinct profile and character.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature of 26 ºC, followed by prolonged maceration. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels followed by at least 12 months in the bottle.
